Steve Fowler Director

After 14 years of working in the Commercial Cleaning Industry, Steve decided it was time to set up on his own and Troy Cleaning Services was formed. The business has gone from strength to strength and in November 2014 Steve oversaw the takeover of Paragon Cleaning Services.

Drawing on his extensive experience Steve is committed to providing customers with premium standards at a reasonable price. Years of testing different products, techniques and approaches to introducing cleaning teams into jobs means Steve has built a wealth of knowledge and experience on what the best cleaning solution is for you, and the most cost effective way of doing it.

Out of work Steve enjoys sports such as Golf and Football with the latter not been played anymore due to injury and getting on abit! On the weekend Steve loves nothing more than a nice meal and socialising with friends and will often be out with his wife, Tomas and dog Charlie taking in some of the lovely scenery we have in Yorkshire.

Rachael Galvin Project Manager

From a strong customer service background Rachael appreciates the need for a high level of service and always goes beyond what is expected. Her friendly and approachable character allows for a good report between staff and clients. At her previous role within the facilities department at Call Credit Information Group she gained knowledge and expertise about the cleaning sector. Rachael enjoys performing arts and has performed on stage from a very young age. She enjoys family time and trains at the gym.
